A first look at an AI onboarding flow inside Bee's Registry

Instead of dropping new parents on a busy home screen, this prototype greets them with a guided assistant that learns about their family — and gets them to their first useful action in under a minute.

The purpose

Make Bee's Registry easier to navigate by giving every parent a personal guide. The assistant turns setup, the registry, advice, and shopping into one calm conversation — without losing the option to do it the old way.

A wizard that still feels like chat

New parents don't want a blank prompt. The flow opens with a warm landing screen, then slides into a guided wizard where every question has tap-to-answer choices — but you can also just type back.

Contextual nudges

The assistant knows where you are in your journey. It asks about your due date, what brought you here, and how experienced you are — then tailors the very next step instead of dumping a generic checklist.

Why a proof of concept?

This is a quick, clickable demo — not the final design — to test the pattern: a friendly AI entry point that collapses dozens of taps into a single conversation parents actually enjoy.
